  Short version: FairDraw does not collect any personal data. Every draw, participant list, and result you enter is stored only on your own device. There is no server, no analytics, and no advertising.

2. Who This Policy Applies To

This policy applies to the FairDraw mobile application available on Google Play and the Apple App Store. FairDraw is a general-purpose tool for organizing and running prize draws and raffles, and is not directed at children.

3. Information We Collect

FairDraw is designed to collect no data at all.

We do NOT collect:

Names, email addresses, or any personal identifiers
Location data
Contacts or address book data
Photos, camera, or microphone data — FairDraw does not use the camera or microphone
Analytics, diagnostics, or usage data of any kind, including anonymized statistics
Advertising or tracking identifiers

A note on participant names: when you use FairDraw to run a draw, you may type in the names of your own participants (e.g. "Jane Doe," "Alex Johnson"). This information is entered by you, stays only on your device, and is never transmitted to us or to any third party. FairDraw has no way to see, access, or collect it.

4. Permissions

FairDraw may request access to your device's share/file features, used only to let you save or send an exported PDF of your draw results when you tap "Export PDF" or "Share." FairDraw does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, or photo library.

5. Children's Privacy

FairDraw is not directed at children and is not designed for use by children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children, because we do not collect information from anyone at all.

6. Third-Party Services

FairDraw uses standard Expo / React Native platform services (for functions like haptics, clipboard access, and generating PDF files) that run entirely on your device and do not transmit any data. FairDraw does not integrate advertising SDKs, analytics services, or any other third-party data service. We do not share data with third parties and we do not sell data — because we do not collect any.

7. Data Storage and Security

Draw configurations, participant names, and results are stored locally on your device using its standard secure app storage. This data does not leave your device and is not accessible by us. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes it. There is no cloud backup unless you personally create one, using FairDraw's "Back up all data" or "Export PDF" features, both of which put a file under your own control via your device's share sheet.

8. Your Rights

Because all data stays on your device, you are always in full control of it. You can:

Review any data stored by the app at any time, directly within the app
Delete all data instantly using "Clear all draws & data" in Settings
Remove all data permanently by uninstalling the app
Contact us with any questions or concerns

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will note significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of FairDraw after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
