2. Who This Policy Applies To

This policy applies to the LijPlay mobile application available on Google Play and the Apple App Store. LijPlay is intended for children ages 3–6, used under parental supervision.

3. Information We Collect

LijPlay is designed to collect as little data as possible.

• Names, email addresses, or any personal identifiers
• Location data
• Contacts or address book data
• Photos or images from your device (photos taken or selected within the app stay on your device only)
• Voice recordings or audio data
• Data about children under 13 for advertising purposes

• Basic crash reports and diagnostic data to improve app stability
• Anonymous usage statistics (e.g. which categories are most used) via privacy-respecting analytics
• Device type and operating system version for compatibility purposes

None of this data is linked to any individual user or child.

4. Camera and Microphone Permissions

Camera: LijPlay requests camera access only for the "My Photos" puzzle feature, which lets children take a photo and turn it into a puzzle. Photos are processed entirely on-device. No photos are uploaded to our servers or shared with any third party.

Microphone: LijPlay uses speech synthesis (text-to-speech) for narration features. We do not record or store any audio from the microphone.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K Compliance)

LijPlay is directed at children under 13. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable children's privacy laws including GDPR-K.

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
• We do not use personal data from children for advertising profiling
• We do not allow children to share personal information within the app
• Any advertising shown in the app complies with Google Play Families Policy and uses only family-safe, non-behavioural ad content
• Parents may contact us at geezacademy@gmail.com to request deletion of any data associated with their child

6. Third-Party Services

LijPlay may use the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob (if ads are enabled): configured in child-directed mode, serving only family-safe, non-personalised ads compliant with Google Play Families Policy and COPPA
• Expo / React Native platform services for app functionality
• Apple / Google crash reporting for diagnostic purposes

We do not share data with any other third parties and we do not sell data.

7. Data Storage and Security

App progress (coins, completed puzzles, language preference) is stored locally on the device only using the device's secure storage. This data does not leave the device and is not accessible by us.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect any data we do process.

8. Parental Rights

As a parent or guardian, you have the right to:

• Review what data (if any) has been collected about your child
• Request deletion of your child's data
• Refuse further collection of data
• Contact us with any concerns

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of LijPlay after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
